BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• The length of the hair should be at least 1/2 inch long or be 3-4 weeks grown out from the last shave, buzz, or waxing date.
• Taking care of your waxing area prior to and post-treatment makes a big difference in preventing ingrown hairs, ask your esthetician for more information.
• Never tan or go tanning prior to or post waxing treatment as it will sensitize the skin and will cause burning.
• You cannot get waxed in any area if you are taking Accutane.
• Please take time to let your esthetician know if you are on Retin A or any face medication that can cause serious irritation or in some cases burning.
• No workouts are usually recommended for 24 hours after treatment as they can clog the pores and cause white bumps.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our team and scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of advance notice or a NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the fee for the service that was scheduled. If you are late for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service and we will provide the service in the time that remains. These fees and policies are necessary and fair because we have reserved facilities and time with our providers for the service and must respect the time of our other clients.
